At Crossbow Gear UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it which is our Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@crossbowgearuk.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as used crossbow strings, lubricants, or hygiene-related accessories, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
